Possible to provide some input data?

Hello,

I am wondering if I can try and reproduce your results from the paper. Is it possible to provide some input files? Also, as I understand, the "NTP2.ipynb" is the right file to use?

I didn’t write the paper, this is an implementation of it. And I haven’t looked at any of this code in like three years.
