How is the migration on this. Does it clean up the old entry? Mostly asking because I want to know if this is backwards incompatible or not.

Honestly I think the `puppet module install` face should have been extracted to its own gem, just like [puppet-modulebuilder](https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet-modulebuilder) to build the releases. Then you don't actually need Puppet itself...
@lzap would simply rebooting the discovered hosts (without deleting them) also work? I'd think they'll refresh the facts
