http://momentjs.com/timezone/ is a decent js lib for handling time zones. But time zones don't make much sense without dates, which might be out of scope for a simple time picker?

Still present in 3.11.0. As a workaround, you can configure the rule with `{ "skip": [ "Text.Text" ] }]` (add `"Text.Text.Text"` for two levels of nesting etc).

Until this is fixed: Has anyone tried setting `preserveLegacyExternalStorage=true`?

To prevent zooming e.g. along the y axis you can specify: .interactive( bind_y = False ) The linked Vega-Lite issue seems unrelated, something about legends?

Encountered the same issue on simulated iPads running 13.2 and 13.3 (i.e. iPadOS). Works on 12.4 and 10.3.
