Need to beef up the report - obviously - now that we have a good amount of raw data... aka actually generate a viable report.

Will update with additional detail after discussing with @theabraxas

This should allow Battalion to _only_ touch allowed things in case there is a specific scope to the scan.

Parse additional server information from WhatWeb results

We can get some good summaries of things like # of hosts that use Apache, IIS, PHP, etc. from the WhatWeb results, we just need to write additional parsers.

The console output doesn't provide any particular value other than an indication of status. Add a `--quiet` flag to allow users to disable it.
