登录过期过问题

登录后，token过期，`src/plugin/axios/index.js`里只删除了`uuid`，然后跳转到登录页。此时`src/router/index.js` 中的`isFetchPermissionInfo`已经是等于`true`，路由也已经加载该A用户的权限路由跟菜单，如果登录其他账号B，那么B显示的是A的路由跟菜单。所以如果过期的话，应该需要进行刷新吧
