I use Airpods for doing some calls. And there are no any notifications in versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. Maybe OverSight works only with integrated camera and microphone on macbook pro?

I have same behavior in Win11 - Magic Trackpad 2 is not responding after reboot. And It fixes after removing trackpad from Bluetooth devices, and add again
I think it may be helpful point - if I zoom in web page in browser window (Edge for example), there are fuzzy micro twitchings while I dont't get off...
