Okay, there is a working alpha now, which only works for journal articles and only tested with PubMed Central identifiers.

Yes, that's the idea, but I haven't had time to test that yet. Also, I need to add support for things other than normal articles first.

Having OSGi bundles would help our [PathVisio](https://github.com/PathVisio/pathvisio4-ant/) project a lot.

I looked into the "errors" for runtime exceptions. All I can find is that you do not **need** to report them, which is different from not **allowed** to document them...
