When you compare with a previous database it already does report which databases are added or removed. That is separate from the differences. What it does not do, is look...

Ideally, a download on the website, with your identifiers (maybe even the old ones) + InChIKey, so two, or three columns, as CC0. But I can go ahead, either way.
