Adding custom TLV parameter in MT interceptor.

Hello, is there a way to add custom TLV parameter when sending MT message (trough smsc, using smpp)? I'm thinking - mtinterceptor? But can't find anything about it in documentation....

Related to #25 Maybe it would be worth it to rename `Parser.Mermaid` to `Parser.Flowchart` or `Parser.MermaidFlowchart` or something like that? I could go ahead and do it if you're okay...
