Hi, README.md references opening a pull request so I assume contributions are welcome, but I wasn't able to find any source code anywhere. Is the source code available for this...

Added `#pragma once` to guard against multiple includes

The default scrollbar is displayed (at least on Google Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181, latest release at this time) and disrupts the minimalisim. A minimalistic scrollbar would be better imho.
