Doesn't compile with recent (1.66) versions of Boost

I got the same error with ASIO and Boost 1.66. I downloaded from the repository Boost 1.60.0 and the code compiled ok.

hooks.py throws exception because of missing listener function

As a workaround, downgrading to 2.9.43 fix it. [here ](https://github.com/allure-framework/allure-python/commit/5ebe2d1274fbaf55a2df8298a7156a85f362de09#r69339962)is the place were the lines were commented out
