It looks like this issue is only arising when a LinkIt field is within a matrix, when the field is outside of a matrix field everything functions appropriately.

Yes this is still a requirement. Currently it’s for a longer range project sthat will need integration with Craft Commerce so it’s not an immediate need. I’ll take a look...

@darrenbarklie I found that my forms were doing the same. If you utilize one of the custom mail server options, the workflow successfully completes.

Has anyone been successful in getting this to work with v3?
