I had a look in the old format docs and couldn't see documentation for `pkg/offline`. Did it exist before the change to read the docs?

I'm in favour of presenting and explaining both python and Matlab analysis scripts for these tutorials. Beyond that, I don't think we should be documenting external libraries in the MITgcm...
