Same on openSUSE 15.1, `Inkscape 0.92.2 5c3e80d, 2017-08-06`. The "Latex" and "Drawing" layers are there, all unlocked.

For people who tried this extension because of the [textext bug](https://gitlab.com/inkscape/extensions/-/issues/73), textext-0.11.1 fixed it, as indicated in [this comment](https://gitlab.com/inkscape/extensions/-/issues/73#note_239361664), with these [installation instructions for inkscape-0.x](https://textext.github.io/textext/textext_0x/install/linux.html#install-textext).

That would change the fields widths and above all, add more *constraints to the parser*. The parser was already quite a piece to improve and *stabilize* for v3.0. Let's reevaluate...

Please tone down. Think that you are addressing people working for free on their free time, and not obliged to in any way. No wonder this project went so long...

No hard feelings, for an outsider, a crucial part was indeed missing in my post, as said above. And it was natural to take it as a dismissal in disguise....
