I haven't Japanese locale and `cmd` can't display the file name correctly, but `cjxl` works fine. The second screenshot is from Windows Terminal.

It's not about the birth of the image or its life path. It's about some pixels that have to be stored without loss and without me having to remember that...
For images created with `cwebp`, you can see the lossless/lossy flag with `webpinfo`. Yeah, it also reports lossless for near-lossless, but for general use such indication is sufficient.
