Same issue. I tried the following & got a little further. I symlinked the missing 2 files (mutagenesis & mutagenesis.bat) to the 2 current ones, but then got a checksum...
By updating pear.xml with new checksums, I then get a missing file /usr/share/php/Mutagenesis/Adapter/Phpunit/Runner.php

Removing those 2 lines breaks it for mobil. I do not understand the original bug? In the screenshot in the issue it looks ok?
