Allow .yaml for configuration file

As TYPO3 prefer .yaml for YAML files it would be better to use this extension name for configuration files (or better both .yaml && .yml). @see: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/main/en-us/CodingGuidelines/CglYaml.html Thanks

Registration of the user defined form evaluations for email is false. So the evaluation is never tested during the editing process.

Even if "disableBackendModule" is set to true, the backend module is still visible. I think it has been introduce with TYPO3 12.
