Stuck on "Please select a device to configure" Mac Ventura 13.1

On **Ventura 13.2.1** and using a **Razer Naga 2014** Left handed edition, even cliking `Refresh device list`, no device is found.

Stuck at "Please select a device". FAQ says use "Refresh devices" option. There is no option for that.
