Most likely this is due to Wireshark permissions issues. Take a look at this [LINK](https://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup/CapturePrivileges#windows) as it provides guidance on handling permissions for Wireshark.

Additionally, there are no duplicate IP's on the network involved. Ping, a constantly open SSH to each server, plus validation via network devices was conducted.

GNS3 client runs fine on M1 (tested personally) using Rosetta 2. As for the server portion and it's related packages, won't there still be a problem with virtualization? My understanding...
