Alternatively you can use the "cpu" version of this plugin which despite its name still mostly runs on the gpu. That might fix it.

There is something else wrong with your setup because it can't even initialize AMF. Maybe make sure you are on recent drivers but other than that I don't know how...

I'm not sure how much Linux support AMF has. I would like it to work on Linux but I don't know if that is possible.

This plugin is an encoder only. All capturing is handled by OBS. I would ask for this feature request directly at OBS.
