RFE: Send email without specifying MY_CHECK

Currently the alert.sh script sends an email based on the `MY_CHECK` content but what if you want to be alerted when any of the checks goes down?

It would be nice to have an 'about'/'more info' section where you can explain what is the purpose of the site, authors, etc. without 'about' being a tag.
