To check this problem, we should add Memory::record() for "https://github.com/deepmodeling/abacus-develop/blob/develop/source/module_hamilt_pw/hamilt_pwdft/stress_func_nl.cpp#L59-L62" first.

In case `207_NO_KP_OTdH`, no error occured with different MPI-cores, I guess the bug comes from `R!=(0,0,0)`
Another problem is `out_mat_dh` will affect the result of `out_mat_r`.
The title of this PR should be 'Test' but not 'Feature'.
