The 2 new commits add a new entry to the TiddlyWiki and the command list there.

There is a bug with handling todo items which have an ID tag. I'll add a fix and a test for it to this branch when I can.

due:today OR t:today

Not sure if you can do either/or at the same time, but you can use "topydo due:today" and "topydo created:today" or "topydo t:today" to get them in multiple invocations.
