@telephon I don't think the sclang timing granularity on Windows has been addressed yet, has it? Looks like @Spacechild1 was planning to look into this.

@Spacechild1 I don't presume you're planning to look into this before the 3.14, given a very short timeframe (we plan to do a release candidate this coming Thursday)?

BTW I was just looking into [thread priorities on macOS](https://github.com/supercollider/supercollider/pull/7009). Indeed, we don't seem to be setting anything for Win32...
