If the project isn't built, the Sil will spin indefinitely. Also, if the project is built but out of date, unbuilt changes can't be disassembled, the build should be performed...

In Visual Studio, selecting an indexer doesn't find the correct property (indexer properties are called 'item' in CIL but 'this' in VS)

It would be good to be able to highlight a section of code and disassemble just that (internally, find the method, parse the '.line' sections and find the appropriate lines).
