FR: Adding symlink for serial device

Hi & thx for the great tool - I find it very useful in my usecases.

As my BTT Octopus Board has a very long, serial-number-dependant device name (and me and a friend wanted to have identical klipper configs because of identical printer setup), we decided to create a symlink für our printers in /etc/udev/rules.d/99-usb-serial.rules (e.g. here). I think, symlink creation would be a great addition to the features of your script.

This would be cool to be used in multi instance situations, creating matching klipper-1, klipper-2 etc serial symlinks, would make it easier to remember which belongs to each printer instance

That's an interesting idea. I think i have to play around with it myself for a bit first and then figure out if its worth the implementation and how i set it up in the most convenient way.
