Moreover, it seems that grafana-operator cannot detect Grafana CRs in namespaces except for grafana-operator's namespace. [(ref)](https://github.com/integr8ly/grafana-operator/blob/master/documentation/multi_namespace_support.md#support-for-multiple-namespaces) As a result of them, grafana-operator can deploy single grafana only, is it true?
