Has there been any progress on this? I'm noticing that a few of our workers are holding on to folders under `concourse-work-dir/worker/overlays`. Some of these folders are from 2 years...

@vasukinjfrog @chukka I went a different route and used the [native datadog agent](https://docs.datadoghq.com/containers/kubernetes/log/?tab=helm) to scrape the logs from Artifactory. The update that I had to change on the values.yaml file...

Any updates on when this can be merged? Would love to use Github App as an authentication to take advantage of the 15,000 requests per hour (rate limit).
