I'm not convinced this is a bug. By having the tooltip display "Close" so quickly it feels like it's giving itself too much prominence. Keen to hear what @Expensify/design thinks

You should use `pink800` for the background color of the illustration and `appBackground` for the modal background color (is that what you're using now?) cc @Expensify/design

@neonbhai Would be great if you could look at our other screens and replicate the spacing. You can find a similar spacing if you go to `Settings > About` :)
