tabs: active tab is missaligned with non active tab

just noting, it doesn't seem to be related to active tab; rather the margin top is used for spacing out list items in markdown generated. seems more generally an issue...

Package module import not working

extensions being changed to `.mjs` was done in #166 (between `1.0.0-alpha.13` and `1.0.0-alpha.14`), and extensions were reverted back among the changes from #207, but version `1.0.0-alpha.18` has not been published...
