How to auto-execute start_chroot.sh?

As the title says, I am not able to auto-execute start_chroot.sh. Please let me know how to make start_chroot.sh auto-executable?

Be sure it has the right permissions (chmod a+x) and I think there is a starting script (search where the telnet service starts)... I'm sorry but I don't have the device anymore
