Adding webhook with ngrok works fine but receives CRC error for node api hosted on AWS

Can someone tell me what are the steps to do that? I already have my API deployed, I need to register my webhook URL.

Error: Webhook URL must be defined to create subscriptions.

Same issue. Anyone found any solution?
