Without a reproducing package, it's hard to say whether this fixed it but the error does look familiar.
Actually, it'll be in the next release off of release/6.1, which shouldn't be much later than 6.1.1 (which is Windows and Linux fixes only).
Any update on this? @ahoppen mentioned it breaks sourcekit-lsp on Windows.
Ben also mentions this is a problem on Linux as well. I need to understand what changes needs to be done to the toolset to add in these paths automatically.

@bnbarham As we work in the interface between sourcekit-lsp and swiftpm --build-system SwiftBuild, I wonder if this is something we could take into account?
