Draft for basic code to unlock rect aspect ratio

Important: This is a draft! It SHOULDN'T be merged as it replaces the scaled rectangle functionality (!)

The intention is to add a new mode to drawing unlocked-aspect ratio rectangles. Some work would be necessary to copy the functionality (as is or modify significantly to correctly accommodate for distances)
