The BikePGH guy got back to me very quickly. Their [Pittsburgh bike infrastructure map](https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=1UrHsHsb1UR7PD1AQPSKKbA-JH7s&ll=40.44918538642252%2C-79.972797780647&z=11) is actually available on the BikePGH web site. I just downloaded the KML file from there...
