[Bug]: Runtime error with updated to latest commit, downloaded 768-v-ema.ckpt and 768-v-ema.yaml, placed in \models\Stable-diffusion

Had same issue, solved by deleting yaml file and downloading it again by right-click "save link as". At first startup a 4gb files gets downloaded then.
