Confirm with Dicing Knight Period on my DS Lite with AceKard 2i. Also same issue happens in Neon Genesis Evangelion - Shito Ikusei - characters there are rendered on top...
Same here. I'm on Radeon HD 7670m. P.S. It seems that installing latest drivers from AMD site fixed the problem.
