we agreed @LeoT7508 to update the spec in terms of dropdown colors(regular state, hover, disabled, button hover) and we should be good to go

Let's keep the current implementation as is as nothing as functionality is missing atm and the design may keep evolving further. (agreed with and aligned with CX)
