Im still having the issue rtx 3060, it boots with just the UpscalerBasePlugin but it just says Backend is not loaded, TemporalUpscaler will not work. Make sure youve downloaded UpscalerBasePlugin...

I've got the correct version installed i even downloaded it again to make sure but same result i see this screen for 4 seconds then it just closes
