We are also experiencing OOM issues and apparently it's the TechDocs causing this. We took heap dumps out of the system when it was stable and also after it started...
Just a hunch that the response socket during TechDocs sync does not get closed for some reason (https://github.com/backstage/backstage/blob/master/plugins/techdocs-backend/src/service/router.ts#L347). Tried to check where this could happen but couldn't find anything suspicious....
