I use Papirus-Dark so the icons are white if it matters (bitwarden-tray.svg). Bitwarden is unchanged blue, didn't seem to register with hardcode-tray at all.
Can confirm that on 3.7.13 when creating new file you cannot open it - nothing happens. You have to refresh the page and then it is working. Nextcloud 20.0.6, Ubuntu...
