Sorry I forgot to reply. No I only have my unit in either heat or cool mode. I never have it in heat and cool mode.

This only happens to me in Heat mode. Never in Cool mode. Didn't happen very often this winter. Maybe 2-3 times.

Whats your screen resolution? Currently have the same issue with a 4K screen.
