工具栏图标实在太丑了

v3.1.0.90 windows版，工具栏太丑了，就算好东西都会吓跑人，能否改进一下

半天不动，点下一步没反应，删除config.php重来多次结果都一样，帮忙看看，archlinux+php+mariadb 

不能识别 true, false, null 这些关键字，无法单独颜色，挺难受的。
