Add Tests

maybe add something like: "test": "node node_modules/mocha/bin/mocha spec/*_/_.spec.js" to the package.json file so we can just npm run test and trigger Mocha

How to compile this extension?

I get "duplicate symbol _opencv_original_error_handling in .libs/opencv_error.o and .libs/opencv.o for architecture x86_64 (macbook pro running mamp php 5.4.4.)

Should element behaviors be accessible on elements directly, or in a global map?

I think global is a good idea. This feature is also missing for [custom elements](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27334365/how-to-get-list-of-registered-custom-elements) .
