I think there's something subtle here - I'd assume `EnableFullDuplex()` on an h2c connection should be a noop. So I'm wondering if we are not implementing the `EnableFullDuplex()` method somewhere?...
@ali-a-a @Alexander-Kita When verifying can you try to using an h2c workload - eg. grpc and try hitting the service
