Hey @StefT2800 right now no. But at some point our autoscaler _could_ switch to using the `/scale` subresource. (ref: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/extend-kubernetes/custom-resources/custom-resource-definitions/#scale-subresource) I can't say for certain that's the only hard link...
