I don't know how XIVDB's character database is maintained. I assume you have to have a login and import your character. ~~It looks like there might be an alternative source...

Thanks for the info. I'll take a look at those fan projects to see if they're a viable replacement.

Neither of those sites will provide the same information that XIVDB did. Building my own is not viable. I'll probably have to remove the character import feature.

xivapi.com unfortunately does not offer the same API feature set as xivdb.com did. It doesn't track gear-sets, which means that it can only provide attributes for the active class/gear at...

I don't experience that issue on iOS. Are you using Android?

Unfortunately, I don't have an Android device to test it. If somebody can figure it out and submit a PR, I would appreciate it.
