I've also seen this bug using a Stencil + PostCSS setup.

+1 on this issue. fixed in https://github.com/angular-ui/ui-calendar/issues/174#issuecomment-65009816.

I'm still waiting for Windows 10 for phones to hit stable. Last I tried, the results were the same.

From what I understand, BarcodeScanner simply does not work in 8.1. It does work if you build for 8.0, but of course this restricts you to building for cordova-wp8 instead...
