遇到同样的问题。通过页面预览时，代码部分显示是正常的；通过手机微信订阅号中看代码会出现错行，但通过浏览器打开却是正常的。 我从网上看到了一个别人写的，我简单小改了一点点格式上的代码，[如果需要您可以看一下](http://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/double12gzh/m2w-transform/blob/master/index.html)。不过这个远不及markdown-weixin的功能，因为他不具备在线编辑的能力，唯一有点儿好处是不会出现代码的排版问题。

目录中有多个多个文件，每个文件中只有两行，看起来是软件重置相关的。没有其它的报错。
