Slightly tangential, but we really need a way to mark synonyms as allowable duplicate with labels (maybe using synonym type?). We have many cases in FBbt where the same acronym...
Perhaps marking as acronym might be sufficient.
Could this be fixed soon. It provides the best solution we can think of for avoiding trivial clashes due to consecutive IDs.

I think an MVP implementation would extend only to support redundancy stripping of type assertions from individuals with argument `--axioms subClass Type`. Let's leave subProperty to a later iteration.
